All children who hold a ticket will receive a gift from Santa, a drink and a sweet treat.
Book one space in First Class to reserve an exclusive compartment for up to six people. Compartments date from the 1950s with opulent wood pannelling and charming period features. Comfortable seating awaits around a table dressed with crisp white linen and laden with festive treats. Adults will be served festive treats alongside mulled wine or tea and coffee.
Premium Standard passengers will be seated in festively-decorated 1960s carriages around tables for four or two. Please note parties of three may be seated across two tables. To guarantee your own table, book as a party of two or four. Adults will be served mulled wine or tea and coffee along with a mince pie. Prices are listed per person.

Stanier Class no. 45231 Sherwood Forester was built in 1936 for the London, Midland & Scottish Railway.
Since then it has worked all over the country, from routes in Wales and Northern England in its working life, to heritage railways in Southern England to the beautiful Mallaig line in Scotland, where Harry Potter was filmed.
